Enter the local address of the webcam. this address will be forwarded as the unique address connected to the port. In this article's example, the camera's port 80 will be forwarded. Some IP network cameras require more than one port address to be forwarded to ensure that users can use all the functions provided by the camera. In addition, you need to select the protocol to use, usually UDP, TCP, or both, and your router may have additional options. In most cases, choose both. After port forwarding on the router is configured, we can access the network camera over the network. It is recommended to try to access the network camera from a remote location, not just on the LAN to verify port forwarding is correct. In a remote location, you need to enter the public IP address of the webcam, please contact your ISP to provide it. If the public IP address is not known, the subnet cannot access the network camera. The camera's private IP address cannot be seen on the Internet, but only on the LAN to which the webcam is connected.
